The target audience for our film is mature, older audiences (20+) because of its dark theme and reference to the Nazis. I am going to conduct an investigation into what storyline/characters people expect from this themed film, I will gather information from Facebook and Steam, messaging people of different age and gender asking them ''What sort of storyline/characters do you think a dark, depressing film would have?''.

Through this experiment I have noticed a recurring theme, they all mention death and some form of suffering. All of the examples also show the ending of some-ones life, I could introduce this in the ending of my film (If I had to make one).I would foreshadow this in the beginning of my film by including imagery which would suggest the main characters possible death. The characters which each of the people suggested all have something in common, they all endure something related to death or suffering.
